OPAL is building 10 new townhomes to provide homeownership for Orcas Islanders. Situated next to the medical center, Island Primary Care – Orcas, Kidder Way is about a half mile from the center of Eastsound and within easy walking distance to the public school.

Kidder Way features five duplex-style, two-story buildings. There are two townhome models: a one-bedroom, one-bath plus loft and a two-bedroom, two-bath unit.

Prospective purchasers of the townhomes have been in OPAL’s applicant pool for three to four years. They work on island in manufacturing, building trades, retail and health care.
