Lahari Ridge is the first OPAL neighborhood in the village of Deer Harbor. It was initiated by a generous offer from Lahari Hospice and Respite Care which sold lots to OPAL at below market rates. “Lahari” means “atmosphere of bliss” in the Hindi language.
The cabin-like homes with studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom floor plans are all 840 sq. ft. The project was recognized for its Green Building attributes by the Housing Assistance/Home Depot Green Building Fund.
