The third OPAL neighborhood was completed in 2002. Five homes are clustered into one and a half acres of a three-acre parcel. The houses are modular designs built to the Uniform Development Code by Stratford Homes in Idaho. They were trucked to the island and placed on their foundations by crane. Homes range in size from 912 to 1,578 sq. ft.
