Oberon Wood


The third OPAL neighborhood was completed in 2002. Five homes are clustered into one and a half acres of a three-acre parcel. The houses are modular designs built to the Uniform Development Code by Stratford Homes in Idaho. They were trucked to the island and placed on their foundations by crane. Homes range in size from 912 to 1,578 sq. ft.

Agalite Shower and Tub Enclosures have a non-transferable lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. For service, call Simmons Glass in Anacortes at 360-293-5886.

Kohler Faucets have a lifetime warranty and will send replacement faucet cartriges. For service, call 1-800-4-KOHLER.

Neighborhood Maintenance


Neighborhood Request for Payment Form

Use this form to respond to a request for your neighborhood Annual Operating Fund (sometimes called Landscape Fund) from an OPAL-associated treasurer or other authorized individual. Submit the form to the OPAL Office Manager via mail, email, or in-person at the OPAL office.
