Bonnie Brae


In 1999, OPAL completed its second neighborhood – 24 homes clustered on four acres of a twelve-acre parcel. The Bonnie Brae site plan minimizes impact on the land, preserves landmark trees, protects the surrounding forest and supports both privacy and community. Trees were removed by horse logging in order to save much of the existing vegetation. Homes range in size from 945 to 1,328 sq. ft.
